Genuinely Czech Company

M.A.T. Group is a genuinely Czech company owned by two owners. The company was established in 1993 in Pilsen and the business started mainly with Czech hardware products. First own retail store was opened in 1995 in Pilsen and the company owners started to built an own retail store network. At that time M.A.T. Group supplied small specialized retail stores. Since 1999 the assortment range has significantly increased. The company started to offer also household and kitchen products. It was also a time when a cooperation between M.A.T. Group and DIY store chains started.

Nowadays M.A.T. Group is a leader wholesale company in the market segment of hardware, garden products, household products and stoves. Currently we offer more than 16 000 items. Furthermore we carry on our own retail store network that includes 12 retail stores located all over the Czech Republic. Our main customers are specialized retail stores and DIY store chains.

For our customers we have a showroom area of 800 m² where it is possible to choose products from our assortment comfortably and in a friendly atmosphere. Warehouse area currently occupies 30 000 m², our fleet includes our own trucks and vans and our more than 200 employees are all the time ready to take a professional care about our customers.

M.A.T. Group is interested in a development of a cultural life and sport activities in Pilsen. We are a general partner of a handball club TALENT ROBSTAV M.A.T. Pilsen and we also support a football club FC Victoria Pilsen. We cooperate with a Foundation for young sportsmen and we either support a nursing home Novacek that takes care about handicapped people.

Since 2010 you can find the company seat in Pilsen – Bila Hora in a reconstructed malt house. Offices, showroom and also the warehouse area are available in one place.
